Have questions about your health, recovery, or chiropractic care?

1. Do you offer exercises and activities I can do at home?
Yes! Doc. Muli provides you with a personalized care plan that often includes exercises, stretching routines, and strengthening techniques. These at-home activities support your in-office treatment, helping you achieve and maintain the best possible results.
2. How does the Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (AMIT) work, and is it right for me?
The AMIT method is designed to “turn on” inactive muscles by reactivating them neurologically, which restores balance and strength to your muscles and joints. It can benefit anyone experiencing pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve performance, making it suitable for a wide range of individuals—from professional athletes to everyday active individuals.
3. How many sessions will I need to feel better?
The number of sessions depends on the severity of your condition and your treatment goals. Many patients experience relief after just a few visits, while others benefit from a more comprehensive treatment plan. During your initial consultation, Doc. Muli will discuss a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve the best possible results.
4. What are the costs of your treatments?
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment to determine the best course of treatment. Treatment plans are customized to each individual, with single-session and package options available to fit your needs. We’re dedicated to making chiropractic care accessible, so please contact us to discuss options.
5. What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit will include a detailed assessment, during which Doc. Muli will review your health history, discuss your symptoms, and perform a physical examination. This helps us understand the root causes of your pain and create a customized treatment plan to address your needs effectively.
6. What causes the “cracking” sound during an adjustment?
The cracking or popping sound is the release of gas (like nitrogen) from the joints when pressure changes. This release reduces muscle tension and promotes better joint movement, although not all adjustments produce an audible sound.
